Do you know who you're dealing with?
Your chance to meet the staff

press

Welcome to our April Newsletter and we thought it was a great time for you to meet our staff. B&D have been trading for over 30 years and we appreciate that people are important. We feel our Staff frequently make the difference between an ordinary job and an exceptional one. You may know the name of the person you speak to on a daily basis but by following the link above you can find out a little more. It's always better to know who you are dealing with and we'd like you to know us better. From people like Helen, Marie or Sally who take your order and process your job, to Andrew in the Studio, and Glenn ensuring your job is printed and finished correctly and on time, there are over 50 people that help make B&D the business it is today and every one of them has a part to play in delivering a quality product to you.

Which B&D service would you like to know more about?

Litho service digital service mailing service storefront storage service

You may already be enjoying great service from B&D but are you aware of everything we do? B&D are not just printers, we have many other strings to our bow. If you'd like to know more about any of the other great services we offer, such as online ordering and storage and distribution, just click the images above - this will take you to our website where more detailed information can be found. Alternatively give us a call and we'll arrange to come and see you and help plan your next project!

Would you like to see a B&D Customer Forum as part of our E-News?
We always like to involve our customers in what we do and provide help where it's needed. Do you need an answer to a technical print query, artwork advice or anything else? Or perhaps you have an idea that you'd like to put into print but don't know how to proceed? We think it would be useful to publish answers to customer queries which will hopefully be of use to everyone. Simply send your question to us (no matter how simple!) and we'll publish some in our forthcoming e-newsletters.
